These are a bit tough, I can name the region for sure, not so much the area.

1. Kryta, probably D'asellio mission, if not then Tears of the Fallen or Gates of Kryta, one of those 3 for sure.
2. my last guess was wrong as I looked a second time, that is outside Augury Rock looking into the area for the doppleganger mish
3. Either Melandru's Hope, Morostav Trail, or Drazach Thicket
4. Shing Jea Island for sure, probably Panjiang Peninsula, or the Isle of Mediation
5. Regent Valley in pre

Ok, something must be wrong with my 1st pic. It's Gate of Torment, at teh area that looks like Gate of Pain, don't know how you guys are getting catacombs.

As for your last pic, the only thing I can think of would be in Saqua Vale looking at the outpost for minister cho's estate mish, or the Isle of Mediation.
